Step Two - Familiarisation and Change

Change management is definitely the key to successful implementation of any business approach and RRBMS is no different. Whilst the key features of the RRBMS approach are not brain surgery - it still helps that everyone who participates in the enhanced bid process understands what they have to do.

The Change management module consists of:

  • Identification of key resources and briefing on their roles in the enhanced bid process. This includes author and reviewer briefings.
  • Integration of RRBMS process into existing bid process (taking the bits of RRBMS that you want to use and make sure they work with everything else!)
  • Organisational briefings on the changes and their role in increasing the success rate of bids.
  • On-site bid management support for three bids
  • Off-site support in hourly bundles
The change management module can also include 2 x 1 day training course.
