Wendy

Wendy decided to end the stability of ongoing employment and a guaranteed career to come and work with her crazy friend Donna Eiby in 1996.

When challenges arose during the early stages of development of the BMI methodology Wendy applied and tested evolving components of the methodology against a myriad of situations in many industries and contributed significantly to a repeatable process that achieves the best outcome for the client and the people within the bid team. Wendy now oversees the implementation of that process and the transition of knowledge to our clients.
